Step 1: Receiving an Email requesting Rework following

You will have been allocated as an Reviewer, probably as being either the Subject Matter Expert or the Process Owner.

The mappers will have been informed which maps you are to review and added your name into the appropriate maps.

When the maps have been approved a NextReviewDate will have been set. Before that date, you will received warning emails, depending on the setting in the Configuration.

On the Review date and every 7 days until the review is completed, you will receive the following email:

If you click on here in the email, this will take you to the Reviews page in the Server, via a login page if you are not already logged in.

If you click on the map name, this will open the copy of the map in Live.
